1. Existing customers only. This promotional pricing is exclusively available to current CareAlert customers who do not have an active professional monitoring subscription. Proof of existing device ownership may be required.
2. Price subject to change. The promotional pricing of $25 per month and $270 per year is a limited offer and may be varied or withdrawn at any time.
Existing subscribers on this promotional rate will be given a minimum of 30 days' written notice prior to any price change taking effect.
3. Monthly plan. The $25/month plan is billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time with no cancellation fee. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial month refunds apply.
4. Annual plan. The $270/year plan is billed annually in advance. This plan is non-refundable once the monitoring service has been activated. In the event of cancellation during the annual period, monitoring will continue until the end of the paid term.
5. Service continuity. CareAlert monitoring is provided through IMS (Intelligent Monitoring Solutions). In the unlikely event of a service interruption, CareAlert will endeavour to notify customers as soon as practicable.
