It was delivered on time with easy to understand instructions. and does what it says. The only problem I had was that I must have bumped and the SOS went off; but as I had a jumper on I did not see the watch flashing and did not recognise the strange sound. Then I got a phone call and realized what was happening. I think the instructions should give you some indication of the sound.

The watch is going well is it set so that I can talk on the phone if it is not how can I fix it to do it

Love that the watch sits neatly on my wrist. Easy access and easy to read. I was really tired of wearing the pendant. The connecting tape was not always compatible with my clothing and was always visible
