Information collected may include your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and payment information.

You may visit our site anonymously. We will only collect personal information that you voluntarily provide. You may choose not to provide certain information, but this may limit your ability to use some features of our site.

2 Product Programming Information

All device programming data is securely stored on a cloud-based server. Access is restricted to designated staff via encrypted passwords that are regularly updated, and all access is securely logged with the time, date, and staff member recorded.

Personal information for monitored systems may be shared with our preferred monitoring centre solely for emergency contact purposes. This data is not shared with any other organisation unless required by law or necessary to ensure the correct functioning of your device, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.

CareAlert uses personal information collected from users for the following purposes. To improve customer service — information you provide helps us respond more efficiently to your requests and support needs. To process your order — information provided at checkout is used solely to fulfil and service your order and is not shared with outside parties beyond what is strictly necessary to complete the transaction.

To improve our site and services — user feedback may be used to enhance our products and website. To send relevant communications — if you opt in to our mailing list, we may send you company news, updates, and related product information. Every email includes clear unsubscribe instructions and you may opt out at any time.

We may share purchase information (excluding personal or programming data) with relevant safety bodies solely to ensure the ongoing effective operation of your device. Personal information may also be shared with our preferred monitoring centre for emergency contact purposes. Any such sharing is limited to what is strictly necessary and complies with Australian privacy law.
