Arrived and would not work in house...rang and found out had an Optus sim card in it..I have then had to go to Telstra get a new Sim card and send Care Alert back. In the meantime, I have a 97 year old who has nothing if shefalls over. I would have thought you would have confirmed if Optus works in the area before sending out device. I havesent device and telstra sim card back to you and am still waiting to have it returned with the Telstra sim card in it
