Shipping policy
We use Australia Post for all domestic shipments within Australia.
Where We Ship
We ship Australia-wide to most residential and business addresses, including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers where available. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping Options & Costs

Standard Post - Free shipping on all orders.

Express Post - $29+ per order (faster delivery option).
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after our daily cut-off or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and begin once the order is dispatched:

Standard Post: 2-5 business days (may be longer for regional or remote areas).

Express Post: 1-3 business days.
These are business days only (excluding weekends and public holidays). We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, peak periods, or incorrect addresses.
Tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Track your parcel directly on the Australia Post website.
Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels
While we aim for prompt delivery, we rely on Australia Post and are not responsible for their delays. If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at office@carealert.com.au or call 1300 75 85 95 with your order number. We'll investigate and assist with any Australia Post claims. Under Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to remedies if goods don't arrive or are faulty/damaged.
