Paying online with a credit or debit card is the most efficient and secure way to place your order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Simply follow the payment steps at checkout and your order will be processed quickly and securely.

All card transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology before being transmitted over the internet. CareAlert does not store your credit card details on our systems at any point.

PayPal is a safe and widely trusted online payment method. It uses advanced anti-fraud technology to protect every transaction. Simply select PayPal at checkout and follow the prompts to complete your purchase securely.

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay for fast, secure one-tap checkout on compatible devices. These payment methods use tokenisation technology, meaning your actual card details are never shared with CareAlert or transmitted during the transaction.

Afterpay is available at checkout, allowing you to spread the cost of your purchase into four fortnightly instalments at no additional cost. Please note that a 5% surcharge applies to any returns processed on Afterpay orders, as outlined in our Returns Policy.

You can place an order by calling our 24-hour sales line on 1300 75 85 95. A CareAlert representative will assist you with your order over the phone. Please note that phone orders are priced at $399, which includes all postage and handling fees.
