This pendant is suitable for model CA-0417 only.
Your pendant Instructions will be sent on how to code your replacement pendant to work with your Dialler, this procedure is very simple. You can add up to 10 pendants per CareAlert base station.
Your pendant will come complete with the choice of either a wrist strap or stainless steel chain.

Very happy with this pendant. This was purchased as a replacement for one my mum lost (90 yrs old). She has needed to use the pendant a couple of times and it has been perfect for the job.
However, in spite of having been sent 'express post' this replacement pendant took 1 week to arrive.

The pendant is easy to program. We put 4 pendants in the rooms in my Mum’s place so if she falls or forgets it, one of them may be close to her. The unit helps us try to maintain Mum’s independence, and help to assure our family to feel we are looking after her as much as we can.
