The SIM card is from Optus, which is a good choice as there are still a lot of 'black spots' with Telstra.
Have had for a couple of months. Absolutely no issues and really clear and helpful advice from tech help staff happyespecially Ria. Very happy so far.

Our CareAlert devices use a sim card to operate. This is needed to keep the service active and allow your CareAlert to respond in an emergency.
Please feel free to contact us to discuss this further, we may be able to have these fees sent your Home Care Package provider.
