CareAlert gives you two ways to get help when your alarm is activated.
Professional 24/7 monitoring
- Trained Australian care specialists answer every call, day or night.
- They speak with you through the device or home base unit to confirm what's happened.
- They will arrange an Ambulance to attend your location and also inform your family or a neighbour.
- Ideal if you live alone or want a trained responder on every call.
- Requires a yearly or monthly plan that covers the 4G connection and monitoring service.
Family & friends monitoring
- The alert rings up to 5 people you choose, one after the other, until someone answers.
- We recommend making Triple Zero one of those 5 so emergency services are always reachable as a backup.
- You nominate the contacts, we pre-program them into the device.
- Ideal if you have family or neighbours nearby who can respond quickly.
- Available on our yearly, quarterly, or BYO SIM plans.

CareAlert runs on the 4G network, so it needs an active SIM to stay connected. What you pay depends on the monitoring option you chose.

- Cancel any plan at any time by contacting our team.
- Payments already made aren't refunded. Your CareAlert service continues to the end of your current paid period (the month, quarter, or year you've paid for).
Optional fall detection pendant
Your CareAlert comes with a standard pendant included. Fall detection is an optional upgrade.
Standard pendant (included)
- A dual button press calls for help.
- Waterproof and comfortable to wear.
- Worn on a lanyard or wrist strap (both supplied in your pack).
- Ideal if you're confident pressing the button yourself.
Fall detection pendant (+$40)
- Designed to detect sudden falls and automatically call for help, without needing to press the button. Adds an extra layer of protection alongside the SOS button.
- Usually $70, bundled here at $30 off.
- Ideal if you live alone, have balance concerns, or want the extra reassurance.
Both pendants work up to 150m from the base unit, covering most homes, yards, and garages.

12-month Warranty
Every CareAlert is backed by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects in parts and labour for 12 months from date of purchase.
What's not covered
- Accidental damage, power surges, misuse, or incorrect installation.
- Repairs attempted by someone outside our approved service agents.

I am the brother in law of Tanya. We installed the new SIM card and did an emergency test using her pendant. The call centre rang within 30 seconds, and we advised it was a test only. We were very happy with the time taken for the call centre to respond
