The CareAlert GPS Go Anywhere uses a sealed, precision-fitted battery that requires specialist tools and technical knowledge to replace safely. Attempting to replace the battery yourself risks damaging the internal components and will void your warranty — which is why we handle all GPS battery replacements in-house.

Option 1 — Send it yourself — $49.95

1. Package your GPS unit securely and post it to us at your own cost
2. We replace the battery using our specialist equipment
3. We post it back to you — included in the price

Option 2 — Reply paid bag — $64.95

1. We send you a reply paid satchel — no need to source your own packaging or pay postage
2. Place your GPS unit in the bag and drop it at any Australia Post outlet
3. We replace the battery and post it back to you — included in the price

A few things to know:

• Turnaround time is typically 3–5 business days from when we receive your unit
• Your device will be tested before it's returned to you
• Our trained technical team carries out all replacements
