The care alert pendant is fabulous and has put my mothers mind at ease, and also given me some security knowing she is being monitored 24/7
My only thought is the black cord that comes with it is quite bulky and obvious but otherwise no complaints
We're so glad to hear the pendant has brought peace of mind to both you and your mother! If you'd prefer a more discreet option, we do offer a necklace chain that pairs perfectly with the pendant.
We haven’t needed to use the care alert but it is very simple to activate.
When we first got the careless for my mother-in- law we tested the button by which was answered by monitoring informed them we was conducting a test, test was completed with no errors at all. Thank you and it’s worth having monitoring.
