Product Description

A CareAlert technician will pre-program your Smart Dialler for you with your own chosen phone numbers. Please use the Configuration Instructions field in the checkout to advise CareAlert technicians of your pre-programmed telephone numbers. Keep in mind that you can now programme "000" as a final number. Our Technician will also pre-record the voice message on your behalf. PLEASE NOTE: It is still the responsibilty of each customer to correctly install and test this product to ensure it operates correctly and has the correct numbers programmed into it.
