Product Description

This extended warranty provides for an additional 12 months warranty to your CareAlert Smart Dialler giving you 3 full years from the date of purchase. This extended warranty is a back-to-base warranty with return postage costs initially being borne by the customer. In the event of a faulty product return, a brand new unit will be posted to you within 7 days of receipt of any faulty unit. The extended warranty policy is identical to the standard 12 month warranty as outlined in the instruction manual.
