CareAlert has every confidence in the reliability and quality of its product. If however a product is found to be defective, then it will be replaced totally free of any charge during the first 12 months of operation. Return postage fees will initially need to be paid for by the customer, however in accordance with the full warranty; this fee will be credited to your credit card or nominated account. Any returns must be well packaged and posted to:

Please include a full explanation of the fault and the date and name under which it was purchased. A completely new dialler will be posted to you with-out charge once the original fault has been correctly diagnosed. It should be noted that many thousands of these diallers are currently being used and the reliability is over 99.9%.
