This product has not only been carefully and attractively packaged but also has a high degree of transportation protection due to the thickness of the presentation box. It is then placed securely in an approved Australia Post bubble bag and sent via E-Parcel direct to your door.

If you live in isolation then your CareAlert Smart Dialler will be sent to wherever your usual mail is sent. Your invoice that will be emailed to you (provided we are given that information) will have the eParcel number attached to it, enabling you to keep track of the delivery progress of your product, via the Australia Post eParcel website.

Our packaging and handling process begins usually within 2 days of receipt of payment and the delivery process can take up to a further 4 working days via Australia Post depending upon your delivery address. Some remote areas may take longer for delivery. All deliveries will need to be signed for.
